Notice of Public Meeting - Committee of the Whole Work Session March 21, 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Phillipsburg Board of Education will be holding a Committee of the Whole Work Session Meeting:

1. Saturday, March 21, 2026 in the Large Conference Room. The meeting will begin at 9:00 AM and no action is anticipated.

Meetings are held at the Education Center, 50 Sargent Avenue, Phillipsburg, NJ.

Lunch / Summer EBT Application

Lunch / Summer EBT Applications

IMPORTANT: To be eligible to participate in the state’s 26 Summer EBT program parents must complete a lunch application. If have not already completed an application, please use the following link to apply online: https://www.payschoolscentral.com.
You will need to register for an account and complete the online application. By doing the application online you will be notified immediately if you are approved.
Please contact your child’s school if you need a hard copy of the application sent home with your child.
Only one application per family is required and all applications are due back no later than April 1, 2026.

Early Childhood Learning Center
The Phillipsburg Early Childhood Program consists of comprehensive full-day preschool and kindergarten classes for children that reside in the town of Phillipsburg. Our preschool program includes partnerships with NORWESCAP HeadStart and ABC Playschool. Educational and support services include community outreach, social service support and an active parent involvement program. The children at ECLC are introduced to special area classes such as; library, art, physical education, world language, and science/social studies enrichment. All classrooms are equipped with Interactive Boards and desktop computers. Interactive learning tables are utilized in our Kindergarten program.
